Chocula is countersuing, saying Frankenberry likewise had stolen monies while Chocula was sleeping.
Frankenberry blames the Count's odd hours for the situation.
"Why can't he just work normal hours instead of being up all night with access to the books?"
Chocula said that it was a shame it had come to this but he hoped everyone would "buy our cereals".
