"Stone has said the film ... won't be an anti-Bush polemic, but, as he told Daily Variety, "a fair, true portrait of the man. How did Bush go from being an alcoholic bum to the most powerful figure in the world?"So, a Buddhist drug addicted fiction writer is going to write and direct a 'fair, true portrait' of George W. Bush. What a country!
His other films have won heaping piles of criticism from people who actually lived through the real events Stone uses as backdrops for his movies. What makes anyone think this will be any different.
I'm going to see if my doctor can remove my eyes so I won't even see the movie trailers for this one. - CE
